Shiv Prakash is a RSS Pracharak and current National Joint General Secretary of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) from July 2014.
Shiv Prakash worked as a Kshetra Pracharak of Western UP and Uttarakhand and was appointed National Joint General Secretary in-charge of Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand and West Bengal by Amit Shah. He is the one of the most devoted and trustful pracharak, who was sent to the Bharatiya Janata Party.
Shiv Prakash is a good orator and eminent speaker and writer who has written many articles on different social and political issues .
Earlier, He has served as Prant Pracharak, Vibhag Pracharak, Jila Pracharak and Tehsil Pracharak in Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) for more than 36+ years. He is known for his ground field coordination, organizational skills and he proved himself as a strategist for the BJP.
Early life:
- Shiv Prakash belongs to a small village of Veerubala in district Moradabad of Uttar Pradesh. He belongs to a farmer’s family.
- He has completed his Post Graduation from Rohilkhand University.
- After completing his education, he has started his career as a teacher in Vidya Bharti school.
- He has been a full time Pracharak since 1986. He can speak and understand three languages Hindi, Bengali and English.
- The ideology of RSS has inspired him so much that he decided to devote his whole life to Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh to serve the Nation and took various important roles in Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand.
Career:
- After completing his education, he has started his career as a teacher in Vidya Bharti school.
Since 1985, He has been working as a full time pracharak in Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS). - In July 2014, RSS deputed Shiv Prakash to take position as a National Joint General Secretary (Organisation) in BJP.
- During his term from 2014, the BJP recorded stunning victories in two general elections and several assembly polls. Shiv Prakash was known for his organizational skills and coordination with karyakartas(workers) for strengthening their booth to the ground level. He leaves a significant mark in the BJP and continues to do so.
- He was awarded Gold Medal in his Post Graduation in Political Science by Uttrakhand Open University.
- Shiv Prakash has been awarded Doctorate in Humans Letters by the Bareilly International University.
